1. Current service status

BEDVIA is a B2B platform under development and controlled testing. The website is in trial mode and does not currently accept live commercial transactions or real payments. Offers, examples, and values shown in trial interfaces are not commercial commitments unless live operations are later activated under approved agreements and terms.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• The platform should be used by persons authorized to represent a Company, Hotel, or relevant professional organization.
• Users must provide accurate, current information and must not misrepresent identity, organization, authority, or licensing.
• Users are responsible for protecting credentials and must not share accounts in a way that defeats approved permissions.
• BEDVIA may suspend trial access where misuse, security risk, or materially misleading information is suspected.

3. Permitted use

BEDVIA may be used only for legitimate professional purposes relating to corporate accommodation, account management, requests, Hotel responses, trial bookings, support, compliance, and other authorized platform workflows.

4. Prohibited use

• Unauthorized access or attempts to bypass account permissions, database policies, or security controls.
• Scraping, collecting, copying, or exposing restricted data or information belonging to other users or organizations without lawful authority.
• Fraudulent requests, misleading data, or manipulation of availability, pricing, identity, or licensing.
• Unlawful or harmful content, malware, disruption attempts, or unauthorized security testing.
• Using guest or opportunity data to infer or expose Company identity contrary to BEDVIA controls.

5. Privacy and confidentiality

Users must handle information obtained through BEDVIA confidentially and only to the minimum extent required for the legitimate business purpose. Personal data is handled under the published Privacy Notice and applicable data-protection requirements.

6. Intellectual property

The BEDVIA name, marks, platform design, software, original content, and documentation are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Users receive only a limited, revocable right to use the service for authorized purposes. No ownership rights transfer through website use.

7. User content

Users and the organizations they represent remain responsible for the lawfulness and accuracy of information and documents they submit. Users grant BEDVIA the technical rights necessary to process, display, and transmit that content within the service to provide authorized functions, subject to privacy and confidentiality controls.

8. Availability and changes

Trial functionality may change, be interrupted, or be withdrawn for maintenance, security, or development. BEDVIA does not promise uninterrupted or error-free trial availability, and the trial environment should not currently be relied on to complete a live commercial transaction.

9. Future commercial agreements

When commercial operations begin, Companies and Hotels may be subject to separate agreements, booking terms, and commercial policies. If there is a conflict, the signed agreement or governing commercial terms will prevail for the subject matter they specifically regulate.

10. Trial-stage liability

The trial environment is provided for development, evaluation, and testing. These Terms do not exclude any right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Final commercial liability limits, caps, indemnities, or special remedies will be set out in approved agreements before commercial launch.

11. Law and compliance

The website must be used in accordance with applicable laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and any regulatory duties applicable to the user or represented organization. Final commercial jurisdiction and dispute-resolution provisions will be adopted in the approved contracts before launch.

12. Updates and contact

These Terms may be updated as BEDVIA develops. The current version and latest-update date will appear on this page. Nothing on this page should be treated as approval of a legal entity name, commercial registration, licence, tax treatment, or payment arrangement that has not been formally established and published.
