BEDVIA does not expose the Company name, tax data, contacts, or private documents to the Hotel while an opportunity is being assessed.
After the stay, the Hotel portal uses a separate invoicing and settlement workflow with BEDVIA, including commission visibility, payables, and transfer status.
BEDVIA uses internal controls to determine appropriate hotel participation, but detailed scoring, weights, routing, and prioritization rules are not public.
